For proper treatment, it is necessary that the treating therapist creates a file.
This is also a legal obligation imposed by the Medical Treatment Agreement Act (WGBO).
Your file contains notes about your health status and information about the examinations and treatments performed.
The file also includes information that is necessary for your treatment and that the treating therapist, after your explicit permission, has requested from another healthcare provider, such as the general practitioner.

A small part of the data from your file is used for financial administration, so that the treating therapist or his administrator can draw up an invoice.
If the treating therapist wants to use your data for another reason, he or she will first inform you and explicitly ask for your permission.
