Qi Gong therapy
With roots going back some four thousand years, Qi Gong is another scientifically proven TCM therapeutic practice, which establishes a better mind-body connection. Qi Gong literally means working with Qi (energy) and is a holistic system of coordinated body postures and movements, breathing techniques, and meditation used for the purposes of health and well-being. It is also used in martial arts training. Specific exercises in Qi Gong practice harmonise the entire human being.
Medical Qi Gong can help prevent and treat diseases, and preserve and boost overall health. I will incorporate some of the Qi Gong exercises to enhance the result of the treatment, to improve circulation of energy, and to promote healing. The exercises are easy to learn, easy to do and can be practised at home without any specific equipment or additional costs!
